I want to be a role model for my colleagues and students. Nurses face challenges in how they are treated and perceived in healthcare, so advocacy is crucial. I always encourage patients to speak up for themselves because they won't receive the care they need if they don't. We need to unite, feel secure, demand fair compensation, respect, and peace. It's time to show the world the true nature of nursing, which is perfectly imperfect.
